This Privacy Policy describes how TURTLETAY, INC. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information for the CallTimes mobile application (the "App"). Our goal is to provide a powerful, private time-tracking tool. The core principle is simple: we do not collect, store, or have access to your personal information or time-tracking data.

1. How Your Data Is Stored and Synced

The App is built to keep data in your control:

  • On-device storage: Entries such as production companies, jobs, and hours live locally on your device.
  • iCloud sync: When you enable sync, Apple securely mirrors this data in your private iCloud account so it can appear on other devices (for example, iPhone and iPad) or after reinstalling.
  • No developer access: We operate zero servers for CallTimes. All syncing is handled by Apple, and your data is never visible to TURTLETAY, INC.

2. Payments and Purchase History

  • CallTimes is a paid app. All payments run through the Apple App Store. We do not collect credit card numbers, billing addresses, or any other financial data.
  • Apple records that you purchased the app so you can restore it on other devices. We only use this purchase status to unlock the App’s features.

3. Information We Explicitly Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or access:

  • Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or Apple ID.
  • Account credentials—CallTimes does not require an account with us.
  • User content including time entries, job names, roles, or rates.
  • Usage analytics, crash logs, or diagnostic data.
  • Location data of any kind.

4. Apple App Store Privacy Details

When we submit CallTimes to the App Store, Apple requires us to declare the data types involved:

  • User Content: Your time-tracking entries are marked as “Collected for App Functionality” and “Not Linked to You,” because they stay in iCloud under your Apple ID.
  • Purchases: Purchase history is marked as “Data Linked to You,” solely so Apple can confirm you paid for the app and allow restores.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

TURTLETAY, INC. complies with California privacy laws. Because we do not collect or store personal data, rights such as access, deletion, or correction do not apply—there is no data for us to provide or delete. You can always remove your information directly within CallTimes or via iCloud settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

CallTimes is intended for professionals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Updates will be posted within the App and reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
